Model 16 powered with the 2 Cylinder 11 hp Wisconsin
Model 17 pwoered with the 2 Cylinder 13 hp Wisconsin

Manufactured in Ottawa Kansas by the Ottawa Manufacturing Company from early 1949 until July 1951 when  flood destroyed the factory.
Approximatly 250 tractors were built.  In 1949 Ottawa boutht out the Mighty Mite line of tractors and started their own Mule Team tractor. 
Frames remained the same front ends were changed and some differen engines were added.  Frazer Model T tractor also uses the same frame 
and hood but uses the Simar 2 cycle engine. 
Hoods were from a WWII P-51 Drop Tank and a few were built with the old style mighty mite hood.
All seats had 13 Holes.
Two different front wheel styles.
Ottawa's were offered with or without a hood.  The standard hood was from a wwII fuel drop tank as seen on most however there were some offered with the Might Mite sheet metal hood.  There are 5 known so far and all range in the later serial number range.  There also is a Mighty Mite Model 14 that uses the drop tank hood.  May have been made my Ottawa and branded Mighty Mite for some reason,??
